WHERE IS THE EVENT (Rehearsal and Performance!!)

Venue is the big bale belonging to the Temple (Pura Perancak) near Berawa Beach. It will be open air and covered.
Stand with snacks and refreshments in the front.

Drop off the kids with Putu at the leA of the bale entrance. Pick up same place at the end of the last Part they perform.

WHEN DO THE STUDENTS NEED TO COME?

Rehearsal on Friday 26th is mandatory of they want to perform on Saturday 27th

The event is split in 2 parts, with 30 minutes break in between. If he/she performs only in Part 2, you may come only for this part.

REHEARSAL : FRIDAY 26th November : No parents or nanny allowed for kids over 7yo

Part 1 : Come at 4pm. Pick up 5:15pm 

Part 2 : Come at 5:15pm. Pick up 6:30pm

SHOW ON SATURDAY 27th

Part 1 : Kids must arrive at 1:30pm. SHOW STARTS AT 2PM Sharp 

Part 2 : Kids must arrive at 3pm. PART 2 STARTS AT 3:15PM

If they perform in both parts, they stay with us the whole time.

WHAT STUDENTS SHOULD WEAR

REHEARSAL : free outfit, no uniform needed.

SHOW : The kids will perform in UNIFORM and should arrive ready and dressed up.

Hiphop and breakdance : don’t forget your sneakers!
Hair : Pony tail or bun for ballet dancers
Light Make up for the girls optional : eye liner, mascara and blush.

For the students dancing more than one time, please give them a bag with their change
